Counseling & Sex Therapy

I offer personalized counseling and sex therapy for individuals and couples. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, sexual concerns, or emotional well-being issues, I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where healing can begin.

Couples Counseling

I offer life planning for couples that involves dialoguing and processing strengths and challenges that have emerged or are anticipated over the course of the relationship.

  • The most common type involving one-night encounters, paid sex, or situations during business travel. Often involves denial or rationalization.

  • Involves some emotional connection but isn't viewed as competition to the marriage. Can include regular meetings and often becomes more complicated than intended.

  • Poses the greatest threat to marriages as emotional/sexual needs are met outside the primary relationship. Most common among women and likely to destabilize relationships.

    • Trust Issues

    • Family of origin issues - Rebuilding stronger individuals for stronger families

    • Addiction (Food, Sex, Drugs, Alcohol, Gambling, Shopping)

    • Self-esteem or Body image issues

    • Communication strategies and emotional competence

    • Anger management

    • Sexual abuse counseling for victims and perpetrators

    • Alternative forms of sexual expression, identity, and/or orientation

    • High Profile and Special Circumstances
